David Warmer, Steve Smith and Cameron Bancroft were involved in the falsification of the ball during the _____ (which match test, against which). The incident was dubbed Sandpapergate.

Steve Smith and David Warner are being banned for one year by Cricket Australia and Cameron Bancroft, a nine-month ban. A good performance from Smith will help him to take some insurance before the 2019 World Cup.

Steve Smith has also posted a video on his Twitter account where he is delighted to return to Jaipur for the 2019 edition of IPL and looks forward to this year's IPL.

Before arriving for the IPL, Australian coach Justin Langer invited Steve Smith and David Warner to team up with the Australian team in the UAE. Australia will play Pakistan in a five-game ODI series that begins on March 22, 2019.
